If you’re looking for someone to speak who can bring lived experience, professional insight, or practical ideas about prevention and support, we’d love to chat.

We offer public speaking as a fee-for-service, but we also consider pro bono opportunities based on various factors, including the extent to which the event will benefit victim-survivors, the size of the organisation, and whether there is a fee for attendees.

Please fill out our contact form with information about your event, including the date, attendees, and what you hope the audience will gain from hearing us speak.

We are looking forward to connecting and working together to build safer, stronger communities!

Full Stop Australia
Emily Dale Head of Advocacy

“It has been a privilege to work with Samantha on Full Stop Australia's National Survivor Advocate Program Advisory Group, where she has been a valued member since late 2022.

Samantha is a powerful public speaker and a tireless advocate for change. She courageously uses her lived experience of domestic and family violence to support deeper understanding of the drivers of violence and the support survivors need.

As a member of Full Stop Australia’s National Survivor Advocate Program Advisory Group, Samantha provides expert advice on how to work safely and in a trauma-informed way with survivors of violence. Sam’s input helps ensure that the work Full Stop Australia does is safe, supported and informed by lived experience.

In 2023, Samantha co-presented with members of the Full Stop Australia leadership team at the Stop Domestic Violence Conference, where we spoke about the design and impact of Full Stop Australia’s National Survivor Advocate Program. Samantha’s contribution highlighted how the program is enriched and shaped by the input and expert advice of survivor-advocates on the Advisory Group.

What makes Samantha’s advocacy so compelling is her ability to connect her personal story to systemic issues. She speaks with clarity, empathy, and purpose, and has a unique ability to translate her lived experience into powerful, solution-focused messaging. Samantha is deeply committed to creating a safer future for others. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any organisation seeking to centre the voices of survivors to drive lasting change.”

“We had the privilege of having Samantha speak at the opening of the Caxton Legal Centre, where her contribution was truly powerful and deeply meaningful.

As a former client, Samantha’s presence and voice brought an important perspective to the event. She spoke with authenticity, courage, and grace, sharing her lived experience in a way that resonated with everyone in the room. Samantha has a unique ability to weave her personal journey with broader reflections on systems, advocacy, and hope.

Her address was not only moving but also invited us to understand the real-life impact of domestic, family, and sexual violence—and reminded us of the critical importance of services like Caxton Legal Centre in supporting people through their most challenging times.

Samantha is an exceptional speaker who brings lived expertise, compassion, and a powerful voice for change. I would highly recommend her to any event or organisation.”
